உரைmeaning
தியானத்தின் மூலம் மனதில் இருக்கும் ஒளியைப் பிரகாசமாக மேல் நோக்கிச் செலுத்தி, கோபமாகிய அக்கினியை வெளியே போகும்படிச் செய்து, அனைத்தையும் அறிந்திருக்கும் சிவ ஒளியைப் பற்றியிருக்கும் சுழுமுனை என்னும் திரியைத் தியானத்தின் மூலம் தூண்டிவிட்டால், மனதில் இருக்கும் சிவம் என்னும் ஒளி அணையாமல் இருக்குமென்கிறது பாடல்.
The verse says that if, through meditation, the light in the mind is sent brightly upward, the fire that is anger is made to go out, and the wick called the sushumna, which holds the light of Sivan who knows all things, is kindled through meditation, then the light called Sivam that dwells in the mind does not go out.
