உரைmeaning
உள்ளிழுத்த மூச்சுக்காற்றை வெளியே விட்டுவிடாமல், மனதை ஒருமுகப்படுத்தி, சுழுமுனை வழியாக அந்த மூச்சுக்காற்றை மேலே ஏற்றித் தலை உச்சியிலுள்ள சகஸ்ரதளத்திற்குக் கொண்டு சென்றுவிட்டால், ஒன்பது துவாரங்களைக் கொண்ட இந்த உடம்பில் பேரானந்த நிலையில் இருக்கலாமென்கிறது பாடல்.
The verse says that if the breath drawn in is not released, and, with the mind fixed in one point, that breath is raised through the sushumna and carried up to the sahasrāra at the crown of the head, then within this body of nine openings one may stand in a state of great bliss.
