உரைmeaning
உயிருடன் கலந்த உடலினுள்ளே செல்லும் மூச்சுக்காற்றை அறிந்துகொண்டு, அந்த மூச்சுக்காற்றுடன் உயிருக்கும் உடலுக்கும் நெருக்கத்தை ஏற்படுத்தி, அந்த மூச்சுக்காற்றை வெளியே சென்றுவிடாமல் அடக்கி வைத்திருந்தால், அந்த மூச்சுக்காற்று உயிருடன் கலந்த உடலோடு எப்போதும் கலந்திருக்கும் என்கிறது பாடல்.
The verse says that if one comes to know the breath moving within the body that is joined with life, brings the breath into closeness with both life and body, and keeps that breath held back from going out, then that breath stays always mingled with the body that is joined with life.
