உரைmeaning
மூலாதாரத்திலிருக்கும் துளையை முக்காரமிட்டு அடைத்துக்கொண்டு, மேலைத் துவாரத்தின்மேல் (புருவங்களுக்கு நடுவில் இருக்கும் இடத்தின்மேல்) மனத்தை வைத்து, வேல் போன்ற கண்ணை வெளியில் விழித்திருக்கும்படி பாடல் சொல்கிறது. உடல் உணர்வுகளை மறந்த நிலையில் இவ்வாறு இருப்பதையே, காலத்தை வெல்லும் கருத்து என்று பாடல் அழைக்கிறது.
The verse speaks of sealing shut the aperture at the mūlādhāram with the threefold lock, keeping the mind upon the upper aperture, the point between the brows, and holding the spear-like eye open toward the void. Being so, in a state that has forgotten the body's sensations, is what the verse itself calls the thought that conquers time.
