சோதி இரேகைச் சுடரொளி தோன்றிடிற்கோதில் பரானந்தம் என்றே குறிக்கொண்மின்நேர்திகழ் கண்டத்தே நிலவொளி எய்தினால்ஓதிய தன்னுடல் உன்மத்த மாமே.
உரைmeaning
மூலாதாரத்தில் இருக்கும் குண்டலினி சக்தி தலை உச்சிக்குச் சென்றபின், பிரகாசமான ஒளி தோன்றி அந்த ஒளிக்கதிர் உடலெங்கும் பரவி பேரின்பம் கிடைக்கும் என்று மனதை ஒருமுகப்படுத்தித் தியானம் செய்யவேண்டும். தலை உச்சிக்கு நேராகக் கீழே இருக்கும் கழுத்தில் அந்த ஒளிக்கதிர் தெரியும் நிலையை அடைந்தால், அவ்வாறு தியானித்தவரின் உடல் தன்னை மறந்த நிலையில் பேரானந்தமாக இருக்குமென்கிறது பாடல்.
Once the kundalini power that dwells at the mūlādhāram travels to the crown of the head, a shining radiance appears, and one should meditate with the mind fixed on this, that the ray of that light spreads through the whole body and great bliss is found. The verse says that if the state is reached where that ray of light is seen at the throat, directly below the crown, the body of the one so meditating stands in a self-forgetting state of great bliss.

If that moonlike light comes and reaches the throat, directly below the crown,
