உரைmeaning
மூக்கிலிருந்து பன்னிரண்டு அங்குலம் அளவிற்குக் கீழே உள்ள இடத்தில் (நான்காவது சக்கரமான அநாகதம் இருக்கும் இடமான நெஞ்சுக் குழி), நிர்மூலமாக இறைவனைத் தியானிக்கும் சக்தியுள்ளவர்களுக்கு மாபெரும் யோகங்கள் வந்து சேரும் என்கிறது பாடல்.
Those who have the power to meditate on God without residue, at the place twelve fingers'-breadth below the nose, which is the hollow of the chest where the fourth chakra, anāhata, lies, will, the verse says, come to have great yogas arrive to them.

Setting the mind in the place twelve fingers' breadth below the nose, the hollow of the chest,

those who are able to meditate on God there without residue,
