உரைmeaning
வெளியே சென்று ஓடுகின்ற மனதை உள்ளே ஒரு நிலைப்படுத்தி வைத்தால், இறைவனுடைய பல்வேறு குணங்களை நமக்குள்ளே உணரலாம். அவ்வாறு மனதை உள்ளே ஒரு நிலைப்படுத்தி வைத்திருந்தால், ஆதிகாலம் முதல் பழமையான வேதங்களைக் கற்றறிந்தவர்கள் தமக்குள் தேடிய இறைவனை, அப்பொழுதே நமக்குள்ளும் கண்டு உணரலாம்.
If the mind that runs outward is fixed in one place within, the many qualities of God can be sensed within us. If the mind is held so fixed within, the God whom those who studied the ancient Vedas from the earliest times sought within themselves can, that very moment, be found and sensed within us too.

If again and again the mind is turned inward and fixed there with attention,

The God whom those who loved and sought the ancient Vedas from the earliest times went searching for,

இன்று நாமும் நமக்குள்ளேயே கண்டு இருக்கலாம்.
that same God we too may today find and hold, right here within us.
