வரி வாரியாகline by line

• வரி 1Line 1

  எந்த இடத்தில் இருந்தாலும், அந்த இடத்திலேயே பிராணாயாம முறைப்படி இடது மூக்குத்துவாரத்தின் வழியாக மூச்சுக்காற்றை இழுத்துப் பூரகம் செய்து,

  Wherever one may be, if in that very place one performs pooraka by drawing the breath in through the left nostril in the manner of pranayama,

  அப்படி இழுத்த மூச்சுக்காற்றைக் கும்பக முறைப்படி அடக்கி வைத்து,

  holds that drawn breath by the manner of kumbhaka,

• வரி 3Line 3

  இரேசக முறைப்படி அளவாக வெளியே விட்டால்,

  and releases it in due measure by the manner of rechaka,

• வரி 4Line 4

  உள்ளுக்குள் ஓங்காரமாகிய ஓம் எனும் ஒலி கேட்டு மேன்மையை அடையலாம்.

  then within oneself one may hear the sound of Om, the pranava, and attain exaltation.
