ஓம் என்னும் பிரணவ மந்திரத்தில் நிலைத்து பெரிய தவங்களைச் செய்த மாதவர்களின் மனம் வருந்தும்படி தீமைகள் செய்தவர்கள், பசியால் வருந்தி அலைகின்ற நாயாகப் பிறந்து, பின்னர் மனிதப் பிறவி எடுத்தாலும் எண்ணில் அடங்காத தாழ்ந்த பிறவிகள் பல எடுத்து மண்ணில் மாய்வர்.
Those who do evil so that the minds of great ascetics who stood fast in the pranava mantra Om are pained, will be born as a dog that wanders in hunger and torment, and even if they later take human birth, they will take countless low births again and again, and die here on earth.
