உரைmeaning
உள்ளத்தினுள் எழுந்த சக்தி மேலெழுந்து சென்று, தலை உச்சியில் உள்ள செஞ்சிவப்பு நிற ஒளியுடன் கலந்து, சிவமாகி நிற்கும். அவ்வாறு மேலெழுந்து நின்றவுடன், முன் வினைகள் அனைத்தையும் அழித்து, உலகப் பற்றை அறுத்து, உலகமும் உடலும் ஒன்றே என்ற நிலையை அடைவித்து ஆட்கொள்வது சிவபெருமானின் அதோமுகம் ஆகும்.
The power that rises within the heart ascends and, mingling with the crimson light at the crown of the head, comes to stand as Shiva himself. Having so risen and stood, it is Shiva's Adhomukham that destroys all past deeds, cuts off attachment to the world, brings one to the state where the world and the body are one, and so takes hold of the soul.
