உரைmeaning
அருளைத் தருகின்ற சக்தியில்லாமல் சிவம் இல்லை; அசையா சக்தியாகிய சிவம் இல்லாமல் அருளுகின்ற சக்தியும் இல்லை. உயிர்களுக்கு உடலைத் தருகின்ற போதே, சிவத்தையும் சக்தியையும் இரண்டு வளர்ப்புத் தாய்களாகக் கூடவே அனுப்பி வைக்கின்றான் இறைவன். சிவமும் அன்பும் வேறு வேறு இல்லை; வளர்ப்புத் தாய்களாக வந்த சிவமும் சக்தியும் அன்போடு கருவை வளர்த்துப் பாதுகாத்து அதைப் பிறக்க வைக்கின்றார்கள்.
Shiva does not exist apart from the power that grants grace, and the power that grants grace does not exist apart from Shiva, the unmoving power. The very moment the Lord gives a body to a soul, he sends Shiva and Shakti along with it as its two foster mothers. Shiva and love are not two different things; Shiva and Shakti, come as foster mothers, raise and protect the embryo with love and bring it to birth.
