As told in verse 472, of the eight subtle factors that spread through and cling to the child's whole body, five are the organs of knowledge, and three are the inner faculties. Along with these, what is born clinging to the child is the sense of bondage and attachment gained through the fruit of deeds. Shiva of the eye on his forehead is the one who binds all of this together, by the rule of deeds, into the sack-like body it forms, and it is he alone who unties and destroys it at the end of that birth.
