God, who has the bull as his mount, who is one among many differing forms, and who has the hosts of spirits as his army, has given souls the greatest gift of all, birth in this world. That same bountiful God who gave birth as a gift also grants souls, within that birth, the many kinds of qualities they need in order to experience the desires and deeds they must live out. And to devotees who go beyond those qualities and think only of him, that God, who wears his hair matted and twisted upon his head, stays joined within their very thought as supreme bliss and grants his grace.
God, who grants souls the body, the heart and the qualities suited to the birth their desire and deeds require, comes as supreme bliss into the very thought of souls who, though surrounded entirely by their deeds like the matted, twisted locks upon his own head, rise beyond that and think of him.
