Out of his great love for souls, God stays with them, being the light seen in their eyes and the light that shows them what they see. That same primal God is present in the form of every soul as male, female and neuter alike. Just as one tastes food with the tongue and feels its pleasure in the heart, souls who do not realize in their heart the nectar that is God at the crown of the head remain without any sense of the working of that nectar which grants supreme bliss.

Just as one tastes food with the tongue and feels its pleasure in the heart, one must likewise realize in the heart the nectar that is God at the crown of the head.
Souls who fail to realize this remain without any sense of the working of that high pool of nectar which grants supreme bliss.
