சிவந்த தாமரை மலரின் நிறத்தைப் போன்ற பிரம்மனும், கொழுந்துவிட்டு எரியும் தீப்பிழம்பின் நிறத்தைக் கொண்ட எமது இறைவன் சிவபெருமானும், நீர் நிறைந்த மேகங்களைப் போன்ற கருமை நிறம் கொண்ட திருமாலும் சேர்ந்து, மாயையால் பாசப் பிணைப்புகளை உண்டாக்கி உயிர்களை மயக்கி, பூக்களைத் தங்களது கூந்தலில் சூடியிருக்கின்ற பெண்கள் கூட்டத்துடன் ஆண்களைக் கூடுமாறு செய்து, அவர்களின் கூடுதலில் பிறவியை அமைத்து நிற்கின்றான் இறைவன்.
Brahma, the colour of the red lotus flower, our Lord Shiva, the colour of a burning tongue of flame, and Vishnu, dark like clouds heavy with water, join together, through maya bring about the bonds of attachment, and bewilder souls, making men come together with a company of women who wear flowers in their hair, and in that coming together, God shapes and stands as the cause of birth.
