  ஏழு உலகங்களையும் காப்பாற்றிப் பின்னர் வெளிப்படுத்திய திருமாலும்,

  Thirumal, who protected the seven worlds and afterward brought them forth,

  அண்டங்கள் அனைத்திலும் இருக்கின்ற தேவர்களின் தலைவனாகவும் ஆதிமூல நாயகனாகவும் விளங்குகின்ற சிவபெருமானும்,

  and Sivaperuman, who stands as the leader of the celestials in all the worlds and as the primal source,

  கர்வத்தால் தன் ஐந்து தலைகளில் ஒன்றை இறைவனால் கொய்யப்பட்டு நான்கு முகங்களை மட்டுமே கொண்டவனான பிரமனும் ஆகிய இம்மூவருடனும் கலந்திருந்து,

  and Brahma, who through pride had one of his five heads severed by God and has since had only four faces, these three: God, mingled together with all three of them,
