இறைவனது தன்மை பஞ்சபூதங்களில், நீரில் சுவையாகவும், நெருப்பில் ஒளியாகவும், காற்றில் உணர்வாகவும், ஆகாயத்தில் ஒலியாகவும், நிலத்தில் உடல் சார்ந்த உயிர்களாகவும் பிறந்திருக்கின்றது. பஞ்சபூதங்கள் ஐந்தும் இறைவனது பண்புகளிலிருந்தே உருவானவை; உலகங்கள் அனைத்தும் இவற்றுள் அடங்கும்.
God's nature has taken birth within the five elements, as taste in water, as light in fire, as awareness in air, as sound in ether, and as embodied beings upon the earth. All five of the elements have come into being from God's own qualities, and all the worlds are contained within them.
