  ஜோதி வடிவான இறைவனின் மாபெரும் சக்தியிலிருந்து ஒளியும் ஒலியும் தோன்றி, இரண்டும் கலந்து அதிலிருந்து ஆகாயம் உருவாயிற்று.

  From the great power of God, who is of the form of light, arose light and sound, and from the mingling of the two, ether came into being.

  ஆகாயத்திலிருந்து காற்று உருவாயிற்று. காற்றிலிருந்து வெப்பம், அதாவது நெருப்பு உருவாயிற்று.

  From ether, air came into being. From air, heat, that is fire, came into being.

  அந்த வெப்பம் குளிர்ந்து நீர் உருவாயிற்று. இந்த நான்கும் கலந்து நிலம் உருவாயிற்று. இந்த ஐந்தும் முழுமையடைந்து உலகம் உருவாயிற்று.

  That heat cooled and water came into being. These four, mingling together, brought forth earth. And when these five reached their fullness together, the world came into being.

  பூவுக்குள் கலந்திருக்கும் தேன் போல, உலகங்களில் பஞ்சபூதங்களான ஆகாயம், காற்று, நெருப்பு, நீர், நிலம் ஆகியன கலந்திருக்கின்றன.

  Just as honey lies mingled within a flower, the five elements, ether, air, fire, water and earth, lie mingled within the worlds.
