ஒலியாய் இருக்கும் சிவத்தோடு, எப்போதும் பிரியாமல் ஒளியாய் இருக்கும் சக்தி சேர்ந்தே இருக்கிறது. நவரத்தினத்தில் உள்ள வைரமும் அந்த வைரத்திலிருந்து வரும் ஒளியும் வேறு வேறாக அறியப்பட்டாலும் இரண்டும் ஒன்றே ஆகும். அதுபோலவே சிவமும் சக்தியும் ஒன்றே ஆகும். இப்படி இருக்கின்ற சிவசக்தியை உருவாக்கிய பரம்பொருளின் வலிமைகளை விளக்கிச் சொல்லிடில், அது பலகாத தூரத்திற்கும் நீண்டு போய்க்கொண்டேயிருக்குமே தவிர முடியாது.
