பாடல் #367இல் உள்ளபடி இறைவனிடமிருந்து பெற்ற, உலகைக் காக்கும் வலிமை மிக்க சக்கரத்தைத் தன் கரத்தில் தாங்கும் சக்தி இல்லாதிருந்ததால், திருமால் அனைத்திலும் மேலான வலிமையுடைய இறைவனை அன்புடன் அர்ச்சனை செய்து வேண்டிக்கொண்டான். அவனது வேண்டுதலுக்கு மனமிறங்கிய இறைவன், தன் சக்தியிலிருந்து ஒரு பகுதியைத் திருமாலுக்குக் கொடுத்து, சக்கரத்தைத் தாங்கும் வல்லமை பெறச்செய்து அருளினான்.
Because Thirumal did not have the strength in his hand to hold the mighty wheel he had received from God, the wheel that protects the world as told in verse 367, he worshipped with love and prayed to the God who is mightier than all. God, whose heart softened at that prayer, gave a portion of his own power to Thirumal and graciously made him able to hold the wheel.
