திருக்கயிலை வெள்ளி மலைமேல் வீற்றிருக்கும், பிறப்பும் இறப்பும் இல்லாத இறைவன், ஏழுலகங்களையும் படைத்து, அவ்வுலகத் தொழில்கள் சீராக நடைபெறும் பொருட்டு, திருமாலின் கைப் பெருவிரலோடு பொருந்தி வானில் பறப்பதுபோல் இருக்கும் சக்கரத்தை அவனுக்குத் தந்தருளினான். உலகத் தொழில்கள் சீராக நடைபெற்றுவரும்போது, அகங்காரத்தால் ஏதேனும் தடை ஏற்பட்டால், திருமால் தன் சக்கராயுதத்தால் அந்த அகங்காரத்தை அழித்து இவ்வுலகைக் காப்பான்.

Having created the seven worlds, so that the works of those worlds would proceed in order, he graciously gave Thirumal a wheel that fits at his thumb and seems to fly through the sky. While the works of the world proceed in order, if some obstruction arises through egotism, Thirumal will destroy that egotism with his discus weapon and protect this world.
