உரைmeaning
தக்கன் செய்த யாகத்தில் அவிர்பாகத்தைப் பரிசாகப் பெற்ற பிரம்மனும் திருமாலும் அனைத்துத் தேவர்களும், தாங்களாக இருப்பதன் காரணமே இறைவனே என்பதை உணர்ந்து, தம் அறியாமையால் பிழை செய்துவிட்டோமே என்று வருந்தி, அவனது திருவருளை வேண்டி நின்றனர். அக்கினிதேவனும், தனக்குள் தீயாகவும் ஒளியாகவும் வெப்பமாகவும் என்றென்றும் இருப்பவன் இறைவனே என்பதை உணர்ந்து, அவனது திருவருளை வேண்டி நின்றான். அவர்களது வேண்டுதலை ஏற்ற இறைவனும், அனைவரின் பிழைகளையும் மன்னித்து, ஒளிமயமாகி எங்கும் வியாபித்திருந்தான்.
உயிர்கள் அறியாமையால் செய்யும் தவறுகளிலும் அணுவாய்க் கலந்திருக்கும் இறைவன், அவ்வுயிர்கள் தம் தவற்றை உணரும்போது, அவற்றை மன்னித்து அருள் செய்வான்.
Brahma, Vishnu and all the devas, who had received their shares as gifts in Daksha's sacrifice, came to realize that it was the Lord himself who was the very cause of their own being, and grieving that they had done wrong out of ignorance, stood pleading for his grace. Agni too realized that it was the Lord himself who forever dwelt within him as fire, as light and as heat, and stood pleading for his grace. The Lord, accepting their plea, forgave the faults of them all, and, filled with light, pervaded everywhere.
The Lord, mingled atom-fine even in the faults souls commit out of ignorance, forgives and grants his grace to those souls when they come to realize their own fault.

The Lord forgave every fault and, filled with light, pervaded everywhere. Mingled atom-fine even in the faults done from ignorance, he forgives souls who come to realize their own fault.
