  பேரின்பத்தைத் தரும் அமிர்தம் ஊறும் இடத்தைத் திறந்து, அதிலிருந்து கிடைக்கும் அமிர்தத்தைப் பருகலாம்.

  One opens the place where the nectar that gives the great joy wells up, and may drink the nectar obtained from it.

  குருவின் ஈடு இணையில்லாத தாமரை மலர் போன்ற திருவடிகளை எப்போதும் தியானத்தில் எண்ண வேண்டும்.

  One must contemplate always in meditation the holy feet of the guru, which are like lotus flowers and have no equal.

  குண்டலினியை எழுப்பி, மூச்சுக்காற்றின் மூலம் ஆறு ஆதார சக்கரங்களுக்கும் எடுத்துச் சென்று, சமாதி நிலையை அடைந்து பேரானந்த நிலையில் இருக்கலாம்.

  Raising the kundalini and carrying it by way of the breath through all six of the foundation chakras, one reaches the state of samadhi and may abide in the state of great bliss.
