  இறைவனை உள்ளத்தில் வைத்து மனத்தோடு ஒன்றி, தான் வேறு அல்ல இறைவன் வேறு அல்ல என்று உணர்ந்தவர்களும், தன் வாயிலிருந்து வரும் வார்த்தைகள் அனைத்தும் இறைவனின் வார்த்தையே என்று உணர்ந்தவர்களும்,

  Those who hold God within the heart and become one with him in mind, realising that they are not one thing and God another, and those who realise that every word coming from their own mouth is his word,

  அசையும் பொருள் அசையாப் பொருள் என உருவங்கள் பலவாக இருந்தாலும், அந்த உருவங்கள் அனைத்திலும் இருப்பவன் இறைவன் ஒருவனே என்று உணர்ந்தவர்களும்,

  and those who realise that though the forms are many, moving things and unmoving things alike, the one present in all those forms is God alone,

  உடம்பு என்னும் அச்சிலிருந்து உயிர் என்னும் ஆணி கழன்று விழும்போது, ஆதியான சிவபெருமானை

  when the nail that is the life slips loose from the axle that is the body, the primordial Sivaperuman

  விரும்பி உணர்ந்தவர்களுக்கே அவனை அணுகி அடைய முடியும்.
