  இறைவன் அருளால் வரும் இறப்பும் பிறப்பும் எப்படி வருகிறது என்று தனக்குள் பேசிக் கேள்வி கேட்டுப் பிதற்றி,

  If one asks within oneself, questioning and murmuring over how the birth and death that come by God's grace come about,

  அந்தக் கேள்வி ஞானத்தால் பதில் கிடைக்கும் பேரின்பத்தில் திளைத்திருந்தால்,

  and, through the wisdom gained from that questioning, remains steeped in the supreme bliss of finding the answer,

  வாசனை மிக்க மலர்களில் கலந்திருக்கும் நறுமணம் போல பேரொளியாய் திகழும் இறைவனும்

  then God, who shines as supreme light like the fragrance mingled within a scented flower,

• வரி 4Line 4

  நம்மோடு கலந்து நிற்பான்.

  will come and stand merged with us.
