  அன்பு என அழைக்கப்படும் உணர்வும், சிவம் என அழைக்கப்படும் இறைவனும் இரண்டு வெவ்வேறானவை என்று கூறுகின்றவர்கள் உண்மை ஞானமில்லாத அறிவிலிகள்.

  Those who say that the feeling called love and the God called Sivam are two separate things are the ignorant, without true wisdom.

  அசையும் பொருள் அசையா பொருள் என அனைத்திலும், ஓர் அறிவு முதல் ஆறு அறிவு வரை உள்ள எல்லா உயிர்கள் மீதும் செலுத்தப்படும் எதிர்பார்ப்பில்லாத தூய அன்பே சிவம் என்பதை யாரும் அறிந்திருக்கவில்லை.

  No one has known that Sivam is nothing but the pure, expectation-free love shown toward all living beings, moving and unmoving, from those with one sense up to those with six senses.

  இறைவனின் திருவருளால் தமக்குள்ளும் பிறருக்குள்ளும் இருந்து வெளிப்படும் தூய அன்பே சிவம் என்பதை அறிந்து உணர்ந்தபின்,

  Once one comes to know and realize, through God's own grace, that this pure love that arises from within oneself and from within others is itself Sivam,

  அந்த ஞானமே தூய அன்பாக, சிவமாக, அவரது உள்ளத்தில் அமர்ந்து இருக்கும்.

  that very wisdom, as pure love, as Sivam, comes to abide seated within one's heart.
