உரைmeaning
எல்லா உயிர்களும் வணங்கித் தொழும் பரம்பொருளான இறைவனை வணங்காதவர்கள், தர்மம் கேட்டு வருபவர்களுக்குத் தம்மிடம் மீதமிருப்பதிலிருந்து ஈயின் தலையளவு கூடத் தர்மம் கொடாதவர்கள், செடிகளுக்குச் சிறிதளவு நீர் ஊற்றி வளர்க்காதவர்கள், இப்படிப்பட்டவர்கள் தம்மையே நல்லவர் என்று எண்ணிக்கொண்டு வாழ்கிறார்கள். இவர்கள் இறந்தபின் நரகத்தில்தான் போய் நிற்பார்கள்.
Those who do not bow to and worship God, the supreme being whom all souls bow to and worship, those who will not give even so much as the size of a fly's head from what remains in their hand to those who come asking for dharma, those who will not even pour a little water to raise a plant, such people go about thinking of themselves as good. After they die, they will stand only in hell.
