  பிராணாயாமப் பயிற்சியின் மூலம் மூச்சுக்காற்றை உள்ளே அடக்கி, மூலாதாரத்தில் உறையும் குண்டலினியை சுழுமுனை நாடி வழியாக மூச்சின் துணையுடன் தலை உச்சிக்கு உயர்த்தி,

  Through the practice of pranayama, holding the breath within, raising the kundalini that dwells in the muladhara up through the sushumna nadi with the breath to the crown of the head,

  சகஸ்ரதளத்தில் வீற்றிருக்கும் இறைவனின் நிலவனைய திருமுகத்தை தரிசித்து, பின்னர் அந்தக் குண்டலினி சக்தியைப் புருவ நடுவே உள்ள ஆஞ்சை சக்கரத்திற்குக் கொண்டுவந்திறக்கி,

  beholding there in the sahasradala the moon-like holy face of God, then bringing that kundalini power down to the ajna chakra between the eyebrows,

  அங்கு ஊறும் அமிர்தத்தை இறைவனை நினைந்து பருகாமல், மாறாக புத்தி மயக்கம் கொண்டு பனைமரத்திலிருந்து இறக்கிய கள்ளையே தினமும் பருகி,

  those who, instead of drinking the nectar that wells up there while thinking of God, are deluded in mind and daily draw down and drink the toddy of the palm tree instead,

  மயக்கத்திலேயே திளைப்பவர்களைக் கண்டுபிடித்து, அவர்களுக்குத் தக்க தண்டனை அளித்துத் திருத்துவது நாட்டை ஆளும் அரசனது கடமையாகும்.
