தானே விடும்பற் றிரண்டும் தரித்திடநானே விடப்படும் ஏதொன்றை நாடாதுபூமேவு நான்முகன் புண்ணிய போகனாய்ஓமேவும் ஓரா குதிஅவி உண்ணவே.
உரைmeaning
முந்தைய பாடலில் கூறியபடி, எண்ணம், சொல், செயல் மூன்றிலும் சிவசிந்தனை வைத்த அந்தணரிடமிருந்து, அகப்பற்றான உடம்பின் மேல் உள்ள பற்றும், புறப்பற்றான செல்வம் பந்தம் போன்ற பற்றுகளும் தாமே நீங்கிவிடும். 'நான்' என்னும் அகங்காரம் நீங்கி இறை சிந்தனையிலேயே திளைத்திருக்கும் அவர்களை எதுவும் பாதிக்காது. அவர்கள் செய்யும் வேள்வியில் இடப்படும் அவிர்பாகங்களை -- நெய், அரிசி போன்ற வேள்விப் பொருட்களை -- உண்ண, தாமரை மலரில் வீற்றிருக்கும் புண்ணிய போகனாகிய பிரமனே வந்து சேருவான்.
As said in the previous verse, from the brahmin who has fixed thought, word and deed all on Shiva, both the inner attachment to the body and the outer attachments such as wealth and bonds fall away of themselves. Nothing can touch those who, with the ego of "I" gone, remain immersed only in the thought of God. To partake of the oblations, ghee, rice and the like, offered in the sacrifices they perform, Brahma himself, the blessed one seated on the lotus, will come.

With the ego of "I" gone, and without seeking any outer attachment such as wealth or bonds, nothing can touch those who remain immersed only in the thought of God.
