  அரிய பொக்கிஷமான வேதங்களை முறையாக மந்திரங்கள் ஓதி ஹோமத் தீயை வளர்க்கும் அந்தணர்கள்,

  Brahmins who tend the sacrificial fire, chanting the mantras in due order over the rare treasure of the Vedas,

  தமது முக்திக்கு வழி தேடி ஹோமம் செய்து பெற்றதைப் பிறருக்கும் கொடுத்து, மிஞ்சியதை மட்டுமே உண்டு வாழ்வார்கள்.

  seek the path to their own liberation, give away to others what they gain through the homa, and live on only what remains.

  அப்படி வாழும் அந்தணர்கள், இறைவனை அடையக்கூடிய வாழ்க்கை முறையான உண்மை நெறிப் பாதையை,

  Living in this way, they come to know the true path of life by which God is reached,

  தாம் தவறாமல் செய்த ஹோமத்தின் பயனாலேயே அறிந்துகொண்டு, அதன்படியே வாழ்ந்து முக்தி அடைவார்கள்.

  through the very fruit of the homa they performed without fail, and living according to it, they attain liberation.
