பரவெளி மற்றும் உலகத்தைச் சுற்றியிருக்கும் வெற்றிட வெளிகளில் (ஆகாயம்) இறைவன் பரவி இருக்கும் முறைகளையும், உயிர்களிடத்தில் அன்பு அடங்கி இருக்கும் முறைகளையும், பேரொளியாக இருக்கும் இறைவனிடத்தில் சிற்றொளியாகிய ஆன்மாக்கள் சேர்ந்திருக்கும் முறைகள் அனைத்தையும், தம் பேரறிவு ஞானத்தால் அறிந்து தெளிவாக உணர்ந்திருப்பவர்களே, சிவயோகியர்கள் எனப்படும் சித்தர்கள்.
Those who, through their supreme wisdom, know and clearly perceive the ways in which God pervades the vast expanse and the empty spaces, the sky, surrounding this world; the ways in which love abides settled within living beings; and the ways in which souls, which are small points of light, are joined to God, who is the supreme light, are the Siddhars called Sivayogis.
