மலங்களைந் தாமென மாற்றி அருளித்தலங்களைந் தானற் சதாசிவ மானபுலங்களைந் தானப் பொதுவினுள் நந்திநலங்களைந் தானுள் நயந்தான் அறிந்தே.
உரைmeaning
உயிர்களைக் கட்டிவைத்திருக்கும் ஐந்துவித மலங்களான, ஒன்று ஆணவம் (செருக்கு, மமதை), இரண்டு கன்மம் (வினைப்பயன்), மூன்று மாயை (பொய்த்தோற்றம்), நான்கு திரோதாயி (மறைத்தல் - ஆன்மாக்களின் கர்மாக்கள் தீர உலக அனுபவங்களைக் கொடுத்து உண்மையை மறைத்தல் செய்யும் சிவபெருமானின் ஐவகை ஆற்றலுள் ஒன்று), ஐந்து மாயேயம் (அசுத்தமாயை) ஆகியவற்றை, நீரினில் கழுவி அழுக்கை அகற்றுவது போல தன் அருளால் கழுவி அகற்றி, உடம்பில் சிவ சதாக்கியம், அமூர்த்தி சதாக்கியம், மூர்த்தி சதாக்கியம், கருத்துரு சதாக்கியம், கன்மத்துரு சதாக்கியம் ஆகிய ஐந்து லிங்கங்களாக சதாசிவமூர்த்தியாகவே வீற்றிருந்து, உயிர்களின் ஐந்துவித புலன்களையும், அதாவது பார்த்தல், கேட்டல், நுகர்தல், சுவைத்தல், தொடுதல் ஆகியவற்றையும் நீக்கிப் பேரறிவு அளிக்கும் குருநாதராக இருப்பதும், உயிர்களின் உலகியல் சார்ந்த பந்த பாசங்களை அறுத்து அவற்றினுள் தன் பேரொளியைப் பரவச் செய்து பேரறிவு ஞானத்தைக் கொடுப்பதும், எம்பெருமான் சதாசிவமூர்த்தியின் அருட்பெரும் கருணையே.
The five impurities that hold souls captive, first egoism (self-conceit, pride), second karma (the fruit of action), third maya (false appearance), fourth tirodhayi (concealment, one of Shiva's five powers, which gives worldly experience so that karmas may be exhausted, while concealing the truth), and fifth mayeyam (impure maya), God washes away by his grace, as one washes away dirt with water. And abiding in the body as Sadasivamurthy himself, in five lingams, namely Siva-sadakhyam, Amurti-sadakhyam, Murti-sadakhyam, Karuthuru-sadakhyam and Karmathuru-sadakhyam, he removes the five senses of living beings, namely seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting and touching, and becomes the guru who grants supreme wisdom. That he severs the worldly bonds of living beings and pours his supreme light within them, giving them supreme wisdom, is itself the great grace and compassion of our Lord Sadasivamurthy.
