உரைmeaning
சூரியகாந்தக் கல்லையும் பஞ்சையும் ஒன்றாகச் சுற்றி வைத்தாலும், அந்தக் கல் தானாகவே பஞ்சை எரிக்காது. சூரியனின் கதிர்கள் அக்கல்லின் மேல் பட்டு, அவை பஞ்சின் மேல் குவிந்தால் மட்டுமே பஞ்சு எரியும். அதுபோலவே, ஆன்மாக்களைச் சூழ்ந்திருக்கும் மும்மலங்களாகிய அழுக்கை ஆன்மாக்களால் தாமாகவே நீக்க முடியாது; இருளை அகற்றும் பேரொளியாக இறைவனின் அருள் வந்து சேர்ந்தால் மட்டுமே ஆன்மாக்களின் மும்மல அழுக்கு நீங்கும்.
Even if a sun-crystal stone and cotton are wrapped together, the stone by itself will not burn the cotton. Only when the sun's rays fall upon the stone and are focused onto the cotton does the cotton catch fire. In the same way, souls cannot by themselves remove the dirt of the three impurities that surround them. Only when God's grace arrives, as the supreme light that dispels darkness, do the three impurities leave the soul.
