அடியவர்கள் போற்றிப் புகழும் தேவர்களின் தலைவனைத் தலை தாழ்த்தி வணங்கினேன். அனைத்திற்கும் முதல்வனானவனை எனது எண்ணத்தில் வைத்தேன். உலகிலுள்ள அனைத்து உயிர்களுக்கும் அருளும் ஆதிப் பொருளானவனை எனது தந்தை என்று நினைத்தேன். ஆன்ம இருளைப் போக்கும், எப்போதும் அணையாத மணிவிளக்கு அவன் என்று உணர்ந்து, அவனுடன் கலந்து நின்றேன்.
I bowed my head to the lord of the gods, whom devotees praise. I held the primal source of all things in my thoughts. I took as my own father that ancient being who grants grace to every living creature in this world. Recognising him as the never-extinguishing jewelled lamp that dispels the soul's darkness, I stood merged with him.
