உரைmeaning
உயிர்களின் உடலில் இருக்கும் சந்திர மண்டலத்திற்குப் பதினாறு கலைகளும், சூரிய மண்டலத்திற்குப் பன்னிரண்டு கலைகளும், அங்கி மண்டலத்திற்குப் பத்துக் கலைகளும் உள்ளன. இவை அனைத்தும் சென்றுவரும் இடைவழியை யோகியர் நன்கு அறிந்திருக்கிறார்கள். (கலைகள் என்பது மூச்சுக்காற்று தானாக உள்ளேயும் வெளியேயும் செல்லும் விதத்தைக் குறிப்பதாகும்.)
In the bodies of living beings, the moon's sphere has sixteen kalais, the sun's sphere has twelve kalais, and the fire's sphere has ten kalais. Yogis have come to know well the in-between path by which all of these travel. (Kalais refer to the way the breath moves in and out on its own.)
