  எண்ணங்களைச் சிதறவிடாமல் மனத்தை ஒருமுகப்படுத்தி, அதை மேல்நோக்கிச் செலுத்திச் சென்று,

  Without letting thoughts scatter, gathering the mind into one and directing it upward,

• வரி 2Line 2

  இந்த உலகையெல்லாம் அழகாகச் செதுக்கி உருவாக்கிய பேரொளியாகிய இறைவனின்,

  seeking the beautiful golden feet of God, the great light who carved and shaped this whole world so finely,

• வரி 3Line 3

  பொன்போன்ற அழகிய பாதத்தை நாடி, அறிவால் இறைவனை உணர்ந்து,

  and realizing God through understanding,

• வரி 4Line 4

  சிவமும் தாமும் இரண்டாக இல்லாமல் ஒன்றாகக் கலந்திருத்தலே குளிர்ந்த சமாதி நிலையாகும்.

  abiding merged as one with Shivam, not two, that is the cool state of Samadhi.
