மூச்சுக்காற்றைக் கட்டுப்படுத்தி, அதை மேல்நோக்கிச் செலுத்திப் புருவ மத்தியை அடையச் செய்தால், அங்கே நெற்றிக்கு நேரே அண்ட வெளி அழகிய பல்வேறு வடிவங்களாகக் காட்சியளிக்கும். அந்தக் காட்சியுடன் மனத்தை ஒன்றி வைத்திருப்பதே சமாதி நிலை ஆகும்.
When the breath is controlled and directed upward until it reaches the centre of the brows, there before the forehead the vastness of the cosmos appears in many beautiful forms. Keeping the mind absorbed and united with that vision is the state of Samadhi.
