இறைவனையே சிந்தித்திருக்கும் மனம் எங்கிருக்கின்றதோ, அங்குப் பிராணவாயு நிலைத்திருக்கும். இறைவனைச் சிந்திக்காத மனம் எங்கிருக்கின்றதோ, அங்குப் பிராணவாயு நிலைத்திருக்காது. இறைவனையே நினைத்துப் பேரானந்தத்தில் இருப்பவர்களின் மனத்திற்குள் இறைவனும் கலந்திருப்பான்.
Wherever the mind that thinks only of God is, there the vital breath stands steady. Wherever the mind that does not think of God is, there the vital breath does not stand steady. Within the mind of those who think only of God and abide in great bliss, God too stands mingled.
