விந்துவும் நாதமும் மேருவில் ஓங்கிடில்சந்தியி லான சமாதியிற் கூடிடும்அந்தமி லாத அறிவின் அரும்பொருள்சுந்தரச் சோதியுந் தோன்றிடுந் தானே.
உரைmeaning
சக்தியாகிய ஒளியையும் சிவமாகிய ஒலியையும் புருவ மத்தியில் ஒருமுகப்படுத்தி ஆழ்ந்திருந்தால், அட்டாங்க யோகத்தின் இறுதியான சமாதி கைகூடும். அவ்வாறு சமாதி நிலையை அடைந்துவிட்டால், அழிவில்லாத அறிவின் உண்மைப் பொருளான சிவம் அழகிய ஜோதியாய்த் தமக்குள்ளேயே தோன்றிடும்.
If one focuses the light that is Shakti and the sound that is Shiva together at the centre of the brows and abides deeply there, the final limb of ashtanga yoga, Samadhi, is attained. Once that state of Samadhi is attained, Shivam, the imperishable true substance of consciousness, appears within oneself as a beautiful light.
