They chopped the fig and the good seed of the greens together so that they mixed, put them in the pot, and cooked them into a gruel. In just this way the parents joined the mother's part and the father's part, and within the pot that is the womb cooked them into the flesh-form of a child. Then, after the seed had consumed the fig and it had turned into the body of a child, the very ones who cried out in the pain of birth and brought it forth were the ones who, when that body died one day, carried it to the burning ground to be burnt.
